Australian Farmland Index Q1 2017

Annual total farmland return for the index was 16.89% for the four quarters to Q1 2017. Income returns accounted for 8.06% of returns while capital returns accounted for 8.42%. Growth Farms is a participant in the index. The index commenced in Q1 2015 and now includes almost A$1billion in assets under management.
