The role of the Group Manager is to oversee the strategic direction of the business and be the main point of contact with clients.
Group Managers should have previous experience in the management of both farms and people, and be able to focus on strategic issues, have experience in acquisition of farms and driving productivity gains in farm businesses.
An Area Manager is responsible for the running of approximately 4-7 farm businesses. Area Managers are involved with the development of five year plans and the more detailed annual plan. They then take responsibility for plan implementation and reporting to clients. They also supervise the execution of the overall strategy and deal with any relevant training requirements.
Area Managers must be successful farm managers and be experienced in technical, financial and human resource issues.
The primary role of Farm Managers is to contribute to the development of farm plans and then to ensure the successful implementation at an operational level.
Farm Managers must be competent in both the theory and practice of farm management.
Our office staff are responsible for farm book work, accounts, compliance, and management reporting.
